DIY Frizzy Hair Mask

I came across this hair mask in InStyle magazine a while back. With Summer here, the humidity and heat really makes hair frizzy - so it doesn't hurt to try this mask. Good luck and tell me how it goes!

Frizzy Hair Mask

Saturate hair with equal parts witch hazel and mouthwash, massaging into scalp with fingertips.
In small bowl combine one avocado with 2 tablespoons olive oil, water, and whipped heavy cream. Comb from roots to ends, clip up hair, and cover with shower cap.
Rinse after 20 mins using tepid water and wash hair with gentle sulfate free shampoo.

Though I wanted to share my skin care regime, please make sure to use all of these products wisely, because they will dry out your skin.

Daily Face Wash
Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash (wash twice daily)

Exfoliating Scrub
Aveeno Skin Brightening Daily Scrub (love this grains are small & gentle/ I use this every other day)

Salicylic Acid Pads
Noxzema Anti-Blemish Pads (use every other day or every two days if you have dry skin)

Benzoyl Peroxide
Corrective Skincare 5% BPO (you can find bp anywhere, might be hard finding 5%/ I use every other day)

The perfect cat eye is always a great makeup look. So, I wanted to share my favorite liquid eyeliner. It's actually the very affordable Covergirl Line Exact Liquid eyeliner. I love it because it's so easy to use and at about $3, you can't beat it! Now, I will say - I haven't tried a lot of liquid eyeliners, because they're usually very difficult to apply but this one is user friendly. Give it a try if you're in the market and let me know what you think.

Also, I love Kate's look on her, but you might want to use some discretion creating your own look, hehe.

I'm currently obsessed with coral lips. I've never been a bold lip person. I don't really like reds on me, hot pink I've tried as well and it was a dud. However, I never gave up. I was inspired when I saw ads, editorials and finally Kim K in the prettiest orange/coral shades.

However, I didn't know where to go. So I asked a blogger who's makeup always looks flawless, Delmy Rivera from Fashion Bananas (ps great blog), she suggested Sephora lipstick because of their wide selection. Well, the rest is history. Hope you like the lipstick, it's Sephora Cream Rouge Lipstick #7.

ps - the picture isn't great quality, the lipstick is a lot more coral and has more peach/orange in it.

Britney Spears "Til The World Ends"

I was pretty disappointed in Britney Spears last music video. Growing up, Britney had the best music videos and everyone was always waiting to see her latest dance moves!

However, this new music video for "Til The World Ends" is much better! She looks beautiful and I'm really feeling the studded leather jacket! The editing is a lot more flattering as well, so her dancing doesn't look as bad. Plus, the video reminds me a lot of my FAVORITE Britney Spears video of all time, "I'm A Slave For You". Do you agree, does this video remind you of "I'm A Slave"?
